BOOKING
1. Personal trainees
- Only open to those who have completed their 2 doses of vaccination.
- Need to book 2 calendars
- book personal trainer (subject to valid PT sessions)
- book gym slots.(subject to valid membership)Bookings for both trainer & gym will be confirmed when you receive email acknowledgement from the system. Please ensure that your email details are correct & show the email acknowledgement at the counter.

- Bookings for trainers can be made up to 14 days in advance & in the block of one hour.
- You can book 2 consecutive slots per day.
- Please note that if you have made a booking & your package or membership have expired, your membership card cannot scan to enter the gym. Please renew your package or membership to begin the session.
2. Walk in visitors for enquiries or trial packages
- You can walk in at counter for consultation & purchase a package.
- Alternatively you can purchase a package online.
- You are only allowed to book a session with trainers after the management has assigned a trainer for you.

Cancellation Of Booking
1. Personal Trainees
- If you cannot make it after booking, please cancel your booking online.
- If you booked & fail to turn up without informing trainers, it will be deemed to have utilised a session.
