ONLINE BOOKING FOR PERSONAL TRAINER.
1)Conditions to book
a) Only open to members with valid package and who have completed 2 doses of vaccination.
b) Member cannot book a session 6 hrs before the session begins. If urgent please call customer service.
2) Visitors who want to sign up a package
a) Visitors can go to the gym and talk to the trainer to sign up as member.
b) New members will have to wait for management to assign trainer (within 1 working day).
c) With a trainer, new members then can make booking.
3) Members who want to renew a package.
Renew package at the gym & then make online booking appointment.
4) Members booking
a) Go to your assigned trainer and “Click On the Calendar to Book”
b) Scroll the Calendar & book the date & time.
c) Bookings can be made up to 15 days in advance
d) Gym is closed every Public Holidays. Please do not book.
5) Confirmed booking
a) Booking is confirmed when you receive your order through your email with details of the class, date & time.
b) Show the email confirmation at the counter.
c) Sign attendance sheet upon entry.
6) Change Of Booking
a) Call customer service (12 hours before appointment time) to inform of change of booking.
b) If you booked & fail to turn up without informing trainers, it will be deemed to have utilised a session.
7) Collection of Card
a) New members who bought new packages have to submit IC and fill membership form at customer service counter to process membership card.
b) You will be given a tour of the gym & will be briefed on our gym rules
