1) Conditions to book
  1. Only open to those who have completed 2 doses of vaccination.
  2.  Cannot book a session less than 6 hrs before the session begins.  
2) If visitors want to sign up a package or members want to renew a package
  1.  Click the dark orange box “Click Here to buy or Renew Packages” 
  2.  You will be directed to the various class membership packages. Choose member (without registration fee) or Non member (with registration fee) & add to cart, then checkout. Key in your billing details, place order and make payment. 
  3. You will receive an email, confirming your order.
  4.  Go to calendar to book (see No 3 below)
3) If visitors want to pay walk in or members want to  book
  1.  Click the light orange box “Click On the Calendar To Pay /Book” 
  2.  Scroll the Calendar & book the date & time.
  3.  Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance
  4. Gym is closed every Public Holidays. Please do not book.
4) Two payment options
  1.  if members have a valid package: press “RM0 – Zumba Members”. Press proceed to checkout. You will be shown your order details & an email will be sent to you.
  2.  if visitors want to try a class: press “RM29 Zumba Walk-in”. System will direct to place order & checkout. Key in your billing details, place order and make payment. 
5) Confirmed booking
  1.  Booking is confirmed when you receive your order through your email with details of the class, date & time. 
  2. Show the email confirmation at the counter.
  3. Class package members has to sign attendance sheet upon entry.
  4.  If visitors or non valid members accidentally booked “RM0 – Zumba Members”, she will have to pay walk in or purchase/renew a package at the counter. 
6) Change Of Booking

Call customer service (at least 24 hours before class) to inform of change of booking or else it is considered a valid booking.

7) Collection of Card
  1. Non members who bought new packages have to submit IC and emergency hp number  to customer service at the counter to process membership card.
  2. You will be given a tour of the gym & will be briefed on our gym rules
